Some marinate the ribs in a BBQ sauce made specifically for barbecued ribs, or another sauce, depending on the recipe and personal preference. Usually the ribs are marinated for at least half an hour, but longer is better, so they become tastier and juicier. How to soak barbecue ribs so that they are soaked with the flavor of spices as much as possible? To do this, it is better to leave them overnight in the refrigerator. Various ingredients are added to the barbecue ribs marinade - soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, dry white wine, lemon or orange juice, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar, ginger, wine vinegar, herbs and spices. One of the most successful marinades is apple juice and vinegar, but if you rub a mixture of dried thyme, smoked pepper, fennel seeds, garlic and brown sugar into the meat before marinating, the ribs will turn out to be unusually tasty. There are many different sauce recipes, in addition, each can come with its own branded sauce, the main thing is to marinate the meat for a longer time, and this is the main secret. Cooking method: We lower the ribs on the "shelf" in the heated tandoor, you can use a hook instead of a grill. We close the large cover, close the small one in half, and also cover the blower in half. Medium-sized ribs will cook for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, fully open the small lid and blow it, this will give a nice red color to the dish.
